____2. NECK TO WAIST FRONT - From indentation of neck to 1" below navel while standing erect.
____4. CHEST - Around the fullest part of chest, while holding tape high under the arm (be sure tape doesn't fall down on back).
____5. MIDRIFF - Taken around the ribcage about 7" above the navel.
____6. WAIST - Around body 1" below navel.
____7. CROTCH TO KNEE - Pull up pants semi-snug into crotch and measure to center of knee joint.
____8. KNEE TO ANKLE - From center of knee joint to ankle bone.
____9. OUTSEAM - From waistline (#6) to ankle bone.
____10. SHOULDER TO WRIST - From shoulder socket joint (approximately 1" from end of shoulder muscle) to 1/2" below wrist bone.
