Refund Policy: Lizzy Leather stands by their work and will do their very best to satisfy every costomer. In the event that a customer is not satisfied, we will work with the customer to achieve their satisfaction. If the problem is not resolved, the customer can request a refund without occuring restocking fees.

Even though we at Lizzy Leather strive to do everything in our power to ensure your garment to be altered is to our highest ability and professional care through careful inspection, sewing procedures, repairing, finishing and using the highest quality materials available, Lizzy Leather, Lizzy Morrow, employees, consultants, advertisers, representatives and affiliates cannot and will not take responsibility of your safety while using, wearing and or the garments ability to provide you or the user with any sort of protection and or personal safety. Therefore you, your assigns, personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue and agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost arising out of or related to the wearers bodily injury, property damage and or if death should occur. By authorizing Lizzy Leather, Lizzy Morrow and any employees to perform repairs, alterations, customization or any related work performed to your or another individuals garment whether leather or material or other, you are agreeing to the above set terms and conditions.
